Got questions about the logistics of your stay? We have outlined the most common rules regarding pets, mail, and cancellations to ensure your time with us is completely hassle-free.
Are pets allowed at the park?
Yes, we are completely pet-friendly. We welcome well-behaved pets of all sizes. We simply ask that they remain leashed while walking through the park and that you clean up after them.
How do you handle mail delivery for long-term stays?
Long-term guests can have mail and packages sent directly to the main office. We provide a secure holding area and each guest has an individual box.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 72-hour notice prior to your arrival date for a full refund.
Are there restrictions on RV age or size?
Our lots are designed to accommodate large, modern rigs. Therefore we have 10 years or newer limit, but we do make exceptions for RVs that are well-maintained and in good visual condition.
What are the park quiet hours?
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, our quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM daily. During this time, please keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
